When calling in a student absence please use our 24-hour absence line 419-937-2802 and leave your name, students name, grade and the reason for the absence. When your student returns to school, a note with the dates of absence, the reason for the absence, and parent signature must be turned in to the office.

**If you haven't filled out your emergency information as well as the rest of the school forms from the beginning of the year online at Final Forms, please do so ASAP! Any changes please keep Final Forms updated at all times such as address, phone numbers, and contact information, it is very important we have current information on every student here at H-L. Thank you!

BGSU CCP - Students that signed up to take BGSU classes here at Hopewell need to apply to BG to be accepted into Bowling Green CCP program. If you have any questions about this please see Mrs. Hendrix. This application needs to be done before you leave for summer break.

Basketball - Any girl in grades 7-11 interested in playing girls basketball next year, please stop by the office and sign up.

Cross Country - There will be a short informational meeting after school Wednesday the 16th in Mr. Suter's room for any girl in grades 7-11 interested in running Cross Country in the fall. If you are interested an unable to attend, please contact Coach Jones.

Volleyball - Volleyball parent/player meeting Wednesday the 16th at 6:30 pm in the gym for all 7-12 girls interested in playing volleyball next year.

SENIORS - Please turn in your Senior graduation form you were given last Thursday at your meeting with Mr. Miller, these papers are very important.

SENIORS - Last day of school May 18th. Graduation Practice May 22nd.

Attention CCP Students - If you have books from your classes, please turn those into Mrs. Hendrix in the Guidance office ASAP.

Seniors - If you won a scholarship please consider sending a thank you to the donor, it means a lot to them. See Mrs. Hendrix if you need help with the address.

Dinner plans?? Chipotle is hosting back to back nights; Monday, May 21st with 50% of the proceeds going to H-L Cheerleaders and Tuesday, May 22nd with 50% of the proceeds going to Class of 2019! Please come out and support both nights from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. 

Talent Show - The NHS K-12 Talent Show will be held on May 19th. 

Spring Musical - "High School Musical" Friday, May 25th, and Saturday, May 26th.

Fall 2018 Vaccinations, it is required for all incoming Seniors to have the Quadrivalent meningococcal conjugate vaccine before school starts.  All incoming 7th graders are required to have one dose of Tdap and Meningitis vaccine before school starts. Please plan on scheduling your child's appointment today to ensure they are up-to-date on the vaccines they need before school starts in August.

Please do not open doors for anyone trying to enter the building...other students, parents, visitors, delivery people etc. Please direct them to enter the office doors. This is a very important part of our security for our building.
