Please use our 24-hour absence line 419-937-2802 when calling in a students absence, leave your name, students name, grade and the reason for the absence. When your student returns to school, a note with the dates of absence, the reason for the absence, and parent signature must be turned into the office.

Congratulations to the Girls Basketball team on winning the Sectional Championship last Saturday. They will play tonight in the District Semifinals at 6:15 against North Baltimore at Fostoria.

Congratulations to Caden Crawford, Lance Crawford, Kole Freeman, Blake Hoover, and alternate Nico Garcia for advancing to Districts in Wrestling. Districts is Friday March 1st and Saturday, March 2nd at Lakota. Wrestling starts at 4:30. Good Luck!

Congratulations to the Boys Basketball team on advancing to the Sectionals Finals. They will play tomorrow at 6:15 against Maumee Valley Country Day at Carey.

WAIVER Day is March 8th...No school for Students!

Senior Class Trip to New York is March 19 - March 22nd.

Prom is on May 11th 5:30 - 11:00 with more information to come.

H-L Talent Show - March 23rd at 7:00 PM Rehearsals will be on March 14th at 6:30 PM

Juniors: will be taking the ACT test on March 12th.

Conditioning for all Junior High Girls planning to participate in Track this spring right after school today and tomorrow. Please meet outside the Grey Gym!

HL Student Council is sponsoring our spring Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, March 20th. If you are interested in donating, please see the signup sheet in study hall with Mrs. Hoffman. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Jury.

Reminder we have started Speed Camp is every Saturday morning at 9 am in the Chieftain Gym. This is free and open to all athletes grades 7-12. 

3rd Annual FFA Dodgeball Tournament has been moved to Tuesday, March 5th. at 7:00 pm at New Riegel high school. $15 per team, please contact any member of the FFA or Mr. Horner to sign up.

SENIORS -If you still owe money for your Jostens order (cap and gown, etc.), please pay Jostens directly, and then your items will then be able to be picked up in the office.

Graduation Invites - There are individual ones for sale for $1 in the office.

SENIORS - If you still have not turned in your 20 hours of community service, it is due by March 8, 2019!

SENIORS: Please continue to check the scholarship page, several scholarships have been updated recently.

JUNIORS: Wednesday, March 6th Heidelberg University is hosting a higher education day! FRom 12:30-2:00 if you want information, please see Mrs. Hendrix.

Don't forget to clean out your closets, the Junior class is collecting gently worn, used and new shoes of any kind. Ask your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers to donate. Collected shoes are used to support micro-enterprise vendors. Collection boxes are located in the office and throughout the school now and until March 1, 2019!

***All students must park in the student parking lot and use the student entrance only.    Do not drive behind the school.

FFA - 2nd Friday at 6:15 am

REMINDER: Please do not open doors for anyone trying to enter the building...other students, parents, visitors, delivery people etc. Please direct them to enter the office doors. This is a very important part of our security for our building.
