*Please use our 24-hour absence line 419-937-2802 when calling in a students absence, leave your name, students name, grade and the reason for the absence. When your student returns to school, a note with the dates of absence, the reason for the absence, and parent signature must be turned into the office.

**If you haven't logged into Final Forms this year, please do so. If there are no updating, the parent, and the student just needs to sign all documents and then you will be done.  


If you were invited to the PBIS Bowling Trip on Wednesday, January 15th. Please turn in your permission slip ASAP, or if you don't want to attend, please let Ms. Searles know ASAP as well too.

Rivalry Night H-L vs Fostoria at Buffalo Wild Wings on January 14th, 6-9 PM. Come show your support and even catch the very hot sauce chicken wing eating contest between H-L parents and students against Fostoria parents and students.

Junior Class Fundraiser - January 16th, 4-9 pm at the Pioneer Mill! Come to Wednesday Burger Bonanza! Burgers range $7-8 and 15% of the proceeds will be donated to the class of 2020!

Dance away the night in Black and White! January 19th! All Tickets are $10.          Junior High is 5:30-7:00 and Highschool is 8:00-10:00.

Reminder we have started Speed Camp every Saturday morning at 9 am in the Chieftain Gym. This is free and open to all athletes grades 7-12. 

3rd Annual FFA Dodgeball Tournament February 26th, at 7:00 pm at New Riegel. $15 per team, please contact any member of the FFA or Mr. Horner to sign up.

SENIORS - If you still have not turned in your 20 hours of community service, it is due by March 8, 2019!

SENIORS: Please continue to check the scholarship page, several scholarships have been updated recently.

Students that take CCP classes, need to return their books to the guidance office from their first semester classes.

JUNIORS: Wednesday, March 6th Heidelberg University is hosting a higher education day! FRom 12:30-2:00 if you want information, please see Mrs. Hendrix.

Don't forget to clean out your closets, the Junior class is collecting gently worn, used and new shoes of any kind. Ask your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers to donate. Collected shoes are used to support micro-enterprise vendors. Collection boxes are located in the office and throughout the school now and until February 1, 2019!

***All students must park in the student parking lot and use the student entrance only.    Do not drive behind the school.

Quiz Bowl - Every Wednesday 7:15-7:45 am

SADD - 1st and 3rd Fridays at 7:15 am

Traveling Ensemble - Tuesday & Thursday at 7:15 am

FFA - 2nd Friday at 6:15 am

REMINDER: Please do not open doors for anyone trying to enter the building...other students, parents, visitors, delivery people etc. Please direct them to enter the office doors. This is a very important part of our security for our building.
